If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use the Website.<\/p><h4 dir=\"ltr\">1. General provisions<\/h4><div dir=\"ltr\">1.1. The Terms apply to all users of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cUser\u201d), including natural and legal persons who order products or book services via the contact form.<\/div><div dir=\"ltr\">1.2. In addition to the Terms, the use of the Website and transactions are regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia, including the Law of Obligations Act and the Personal Data Protection Act.<\/div><div dir=\"ltr\">1.3. The Seller may change the Terms at any time by notifying the same on the Website. Changes shall enter into force upon publication, unless otherwise stated. Orders and reservations shall be subject to the Terms in force at the time of the transaction.<\/div><div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div><h4 dir=\"ltr\">2. Website content and intellectual property<\/h4><div dir=\"ltr\">2.1. The content of the Website (text, images, graphics, etc.) is protected by copyright and belongs to the Seller or its partners. Copying or using the content without the Seller\u2019s written consent is prohibited.<\/div><div dir=\"ltr\">2.2. The User may use the content only for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the Terms.<\/div><div dir=\"ltr\">2.3. Product and service descriptions on the Website are informative. The Seller may change them at any time.<\/div><div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div><h4 dir=\"ltr\">3. Ordering products via the contact form<\/h4><div dir=\"ltr\">3.1. Placing an order<\/div><ul dir=\"ltr\"><li><div dir=\"ltr\">To order products, the User fills out the contact form on the Website, indicating the desired products, name, contact details and delivery address. <a href=\"https:\/\/kadakakoda.ee\/en\/contact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kontaktvormi<\/a> , m\u00e4rkides soovitud tooted, nime, kontaktandmed ja tarneaadressi.<\/div><\/li><li><div dir=\"ltr\" class=\"translation-block\">The Seller contacts the User by e-mail (saaremaa@kadakakoda.ee) or by phone, sending the product prices, delivery costs and payment information.<\/div><\/li><li><div dir=\"ltr\">The order is confirmed if the User agrees to the terms and conditions sent by the Seller. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><div dir=\"ltr\">3.2. Prices and payments<\/div><ul dir=\"ltr\"><li><div dir=\"ltr\">The prices of the products are not published on the Website. The Seller sends the prices to the User after placing the order. The prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are added according to the agreed delivery method.<\/div><\/li><li><div dir=\"ltr\">Payment is made on the basis of the invoice sent by the Seller by bank transfer or in another agreed manner.<\/div><\/li><li><div dir=\"ltr\">The sales contract enters into force when the purchase amount has been received in the Seller's bank account.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><div dir=\"ltr\">3.3. Delivery time and methods<\/div><ul dir=\"ltr\"><li><div dir=\"ltr\">The products will be delivered to the User via the agreed delivery method (e.g. Omniva, SmartPOST) within 5 working days from the receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.<\/div><\/li><li><div dir=\"ltr\">If the User does not collect the product from the parcel terminal within 7 calendar days, it will be returned to the Seller. Repeated delivery will be at the User's expense.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><div dir=\"ltr\">3.4. Right of withdrawal<\/div><ul dir=\"ltr\"><li><div dir=\"ltr\" class=\"translation-block\">The User who is a natural person has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, by notifying the Seller thereof (e-mail: saaremaa@kadakakoda.ee).<\/div><\/li><li><div dir=\"ltr\">The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition.<\/div><\/li><li><div dir=\"ltr\">The direct costs of return (e.g. postage) are borne by the User, except in the case of a defective or incorrect product.<\/div><\/li><li><div dir=\"ltr\">The Seller will refund the purchase price (including the original delivery cost) within 14 days from the return of the product.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><div dir=\"ltr\">3.5. Claims and defective products<\/div><ul><li><div dir=\"ltr\" class=\"translation-block\">A claim regarding product non-conformity or defects must be submitted within 2 months of the discovery of the defect (e-mail: saaremaa@kadakakoda.ee).<\/div><\/li><li><div dir=\"ltr\">The Seller will review the claim within 15 days and offer a solution (replacement or refund).<\/div><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\">The Seller is not responsible for defects that have arisen through the fault of the User.<\/li><\/ul><h4 dir=\"ltr\">4. Booking services via the contact form<\/h4><div dir=\"ltr\" class=\"translation-block\">4.1. To book services (e.g. tours, workshops), the User fills out the contact form, indicating the desired service, time and contact details.<\/div><div dir=\"ltr\" class=\"translation-block\">4.2. The Seller confirms the booking by e-mail (saaremaa@kadakakoda.ee) or by phone, sending the final price of the service, payment information and, if necessary, an invoice for the prepayment.<\/div><div dir=\"ltr\">4.3. If the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before the service, the prepayment will be refunded in full. In case of later cancellation, the prepayment will not be refunded.<\/div><div dir=\"ltr\">4.4. The Seller may cancel or change the services (e.g. due to weather), notifying the User as soon as possible. The advance payment will be refunded or a new time will be offered.<\/div><div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div><h4 dir=\"ltr\">5. Processing of personal data<\/h4><div dir=\"ltr\">5.1. The Seller processes the User's data (name, e-mail, telephone, delivery address) to fulfill orders and reservations in accordance with the GDPR and Estonian laws.<\/div><div dir=\"ltr\">5.2. Data is transferred to third parties (e.g. courier services) only for the purpose of fulfilling the order.<\/div><div dir=\"ltr\">5.3. The User may request to review, correct or delete their data by sending a request to <a href=\"mailto:saaremaa@kadakakoda.ee\">saaremaa@kadakakoda.ee<\/a>.<\/div><div dir=\"ltr\">5.4. More detailed information is available in the Website's privacy policy.<\/div><div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div><h4 dir=\"ltr\">6. Cookies<\/h4><div dir=\"ltr\">6.1. The Website uses cookies to improve the user experience and collect statistics (e.g. Google Analytics).<\/div><div dir=\"ltr\">6.2. Cookies are accepted by continuing to browse the Website. Cookies can be disabled in the browser settings.<\/div><div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div><h4 dir=\"ltr\">7. Dispute resolution<\/h4><div dir=\"ltr\">7.1. Disputes shall be resolved by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in Harju County Court.<\/div><div dir=\"ltr\">7.2.
